I would like to add my name to the Guemes Island Ferry Facts Coalition (GIFFC). I agree that the Skagit County Board of Commissioners (BOCC) should reconsider their pursuit of an electric ferry at this time. The concerns and issues outlined in Brent Morrison’s “Guemes Ferry Replacement: One Engineer’s Perspective”, as well as his follow-up questions, need to be satisfactorily addressed before proceeding any further.
